We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is received we will approve either a discount or store credit in the amount of the returned item or a replacement of the returned item. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
If you need a return, follow the below steps:

2. Pack all returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number (which will be emailed to you) securely in a box (also write RMA number on outside of box). You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

4. Go to the local post office, or another carrier, to ship the package. Please note you are responsible to pay all return shipping costs.
5. You will be updated via email when your return is approved.
